The price depends on the paper size and the specific offset machine required. We use different machines (Heidelberg KORD, SM74, GTO, or SORKZ) based on the dimensions and quantity to ensure the most cost-effective production.
Yes. You can select specific colour counts (1-4) for the front and back separately. Our system uses a Multi-Machine Job Allocation algorithm to calculate whether to print both sides on the same machine or split the job (e.g., printing the 4-colour front on a Speedmaster and the 1-colour back on a KORD) to minimize your cost.
The minimum order is 500 pieces. Offset printing becomes significantly more economical for larger runs (1,000+), whereas short runs incur higher setup costs per unit.
Yes, digital proofs are available. However, due to the nature of offset printing, a physical hard-copy proof on the actual machine incurs a significant setup cost.
